I HAVE LEMONS!

Hi guys,

My name is Wynand, from South Africa.
I work in a big lemon packhouse exporter and also brew lots of beer.

I have a lot of lemons at my disposal and would like to brew n nice hard lemonade for my wife, must be coming in at +-5% abv, not the strong Skeeter pee stuff.

I'm going to keg it and put it on tap in the keezer.

If anyone can help with a good recipe it would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome aboard!
I haven't made any hard lemonade. If you use the search at the top right of the page, searching titles only for "hard lemonade" will get plenty of hits. Good luck, keep us posted.

Do the skeeter pee recipe, but dial the sugar back to 4 lbs instead of 7, that will get you around 5%. I just did that and it is incredibly delicious. I couldn't imagine how much better it would taste with those fresh lemons!
