Hopefully, I am asking this question in the correct forum. If not, then I appoligize.

I've noticed US tap handles have a female connection. Whereas, the European tap handles have a male connection.

What is the adapter needed to use a European tap handle (with the male connection) on a US faucet (with a male connection)?

I know, I know, I could easily make a joke about male - male connections not going together... but I'm asking about tap handles.

You can use a coupler nut to joint the two male threads. McMaster-Carr has some that are inch threads on one end and metric on the other end if you need that. For example, look at McMaster-Carr part number 98434A131.
