I would like to add a timer to my homemade 240V controller panel. I've attached a schematic. The idea is to set it at night to turn on automatically in the morning and have my mash water at correct temp when I am ready to start brewing. Any ideas how to accomplish this? Thanks.

Is this controller already constructed as shown in the diagram? If not, use the DSPR320 instead. If it's built already, buy the DSPR-320 for $60 and sell the 120 for $30.

It is already built, but that makes sense. Thanks.
