We made an order for some stuff for a beer and there was a yeast in there that we didn't order. So we don't really know what kind of beer we can make with it. I have seen that it is used in Porter's, but we are not big fans of posters. Is there some other beer we can look into you us this yeast? Also what kind of life do we have on this yeast in the fridge? Any input is much appreciated.
