It is my first time bottling and I am looking for the best/easy way to sanitize my bottles. I already Soaked my bottles in water and Oxy clean for 2 days to remove labels and junk. I read a lot of forms that say that using the dishwasher with a sanitize cycle and no dish soap/cleaning agent works just fine. True or false?

That is true.

I just filled a rubbermaid container with enough water and star san to cover them before transfering to bottling bucket. Then by time I'm all set, I just grab a bottle, drain it, fill it, close it (grolsch bottles). If capping, fill a dozen and lay the caps on, then go back and crimp them.

When crimping do not lean down on the bottle, use the capper to "lift" the bottle up into the capper (like a stick breaking motion")
