I'm about to brew an all-grain Irish dry Stout. I've never used flaked barley before, so I'm wondering if my marris otter will have enough DP to convert it. Here's the grain bill. I usually shoot for a water/grain ratio of 1.5 qt./lb:
6 lbs. MO
2 lbs. Flaked Barley
14 oz. Roasted Barley
I'll mash this at 152 for 60 mins. Thanks!
