Is this mold?

I just checked on my first sour. Its about 40 days in. I was planning to rack to secondary soon for the long haul storage. However Im a little concerned about he powdery looking white spots here. The beer is smelling Awesome havent tasted it yet but it smells good like a sour should. If this is mold does it mean the batch is going bad?

 
It's hard to tell, but it may be the pellicle. It's a thin white layer that floats at the top of sour beers. It usually breaks and falls apart in the liquid at a later time.
 
Can't tell from picture, but even if it is, rack from under it into a carboy with little headspace and you'll probably be fine.
