What's this look like to you? I racked to secondary 4 days ago and now have a white film with spots on top. I got this once before on my 2nd batch ever. Thinking it was bad I dumped it. That was before I knew about homebrewtalk.com obviously.
So anyways am I dumping this one too?

It's hard to say. That last picture looks like MAYBE the start of a pellice. Have you tasted it?

Just try a taste. Have you checked out the pellicle thread? They get sort of stringy with big oozy bubbles. I'd give it a taste and let it ride.
 
The bright white color is usually a good indicator of something wrong. It is hard to tell from your pictures, but I agree with Pablo that it does look like the start of a pellicle on the last picture. Can't tell if the "stringiness" is from waves in the glass, or if you're starting to get fingers.
