Less than a year of brewing under my belt...have a question. I am doing all grain now, BIAB. Made my 4th batch today. First 3 batches were right on expected OG. Today's expected OG was 1.051.....and my actual gravity was 1.043. So, I assume my efficiency was not as good as I wanted. What is the end result of this? Weaker taste? Less alcohol?

I haven't done it yet, but someone told that if you miss your OG like that, you can just bump it a bit with some extract. But definitely a lower alcohol level. Always remember that it's still going to be beer in the end.
