I'm about to pull my carboy out of the fridge and bottle. It's been in there about 2 1/2 days and my equipment is sanitizing.
Will there be enough yeast to carbonate without adding more? Will it be alright to bottle it immediately after pulling it out of the fridge?

yeah you'll be fine there will be enough in there, no need to stir or shake them up or add anything. There's always a little bit of yeast left in it unless u filter it. the key is making sure u put some sugar in it for those few remaining yeasties to eat and carb

That's my MO with all my beers before I bottle. Always carbs, much less sediment as well
