Still trying to learn in these things what do ya'll think? This was after 1 week in the primary and the pic is after one day in the secondary.
is this an infection?

No I do not use star san. I haven't tasted it since I moved to secondary
Taking the quality of the pic into concideration,& the condensation inside the top of the carboy,it looks like yeast floaters to me. No slimy bubbles or web like lines on top. So I don't think it's an infection at all.
