Hello everyone,

I am not a big forum guy, but I must say I have been mildly addicted to this one for a few weeks. Enough so that I had to pony up some money because knowledge has already been dropped and absorbed.

I have been homebrewing off and on since 2005. Much more off than on, but I have decided to get serious, and heck SWMBO said it was either get serious about my brewing or get serious about excercise. I think I chose wisely.

I have just created a keggle, an IC and have started the process of a keezer. I will post up some photo's here eventually when the last of the parts get in with the whole setup.

I am really serious about the information available here has destroyed some of my previously held notions, mainly using secondaries. Will be going primary the whole way now unless dry hopping or adjuncting the brew late.

Thank you all,

Scott

LOL, a wise choice indeed!!! My motto is "I don't run unless I'm being chased."

Howdy, and welcome from NC :)
