Hey All,

I am having difficulty finding a clone recipe for Flying Dog St Eadman. Its an absolutly delicious Dark Belgian brewhouse rarity.

Here is what the site has:

Grain:
Malteries Franco-Belges Pale Ale
Malteries Cara-Viena
Castle Special B

Hops:
Northern Brewer
Hallertau Mittlefrun

Yeast: Two strains (no idea...)

ABV: 10%
IBU: 35


I do not think I am capable of creating a clone recipe. Any help?

Expected OG: 1.098
Expected FG: 1.021


Malts
14# Franco Belges Pale Malt
3.5# Franco Belges CaraVienne
12oz Special B

Hops
1oz Northern Brewer [10%] (60 min)
1.25oz Hallertau [4%] (15 min)
.75oz Hallertau [4%] (2 min)

Yeast?
