I'm brewing a baby brew for my first child. Any input on this is appreciated. Thanks

I just brewed a fruit beer with a wheat base with a similar grist. 50/50 white wheat and 2-row, made a very decent base for the fruit addition. I would recommend adding some rice hulls, or else the stickiness of the wheat might drive your efficiency down. You might not need the carapils with all that wheat, either, if you're going for head retention.

I haven't used raspberry extract before, but I know that fresh raspberry works very well (and you don't need a ton of it like some other fruit), and raspberry puree tastes pretty spot on as well, and is easier to work with. Will land you with a pinkish beer I would think when combined with the light hazy color from the base.

I would for sure use fresh raspberry s during the secondary about 2-3 lbs crush em up heat em to 160 for about 10 min. I add mine to a sanitized grain bag and rack the beer on top. You won't be disappointed
