I am brewing a batch using some leftovers. Going to be a BIAB in an undersized pot hence the odd size. Not looking for overhaul here but perhaps tweaks. :) Looking for a bit of a twist on a cream ale.

Batch Size = 11 liters
Boil volume = 16 liters

Grain
Canadian 2 row (2.0 SRM) 2.6kg
Crystal 60 (60 SRM) .21kg
Chocolate malt (450 SRM) .05kg
Hops
Perle 10g 60 min
Perle 8g 30 min
Perle 5g 10 min

OG 1.051
FG 1.016

Looking to mash 60 min at 66.5 C (~152F)

That doesn't look like a cream ale, but probably an okay pale (maybe toward the amber in color with the touch of chocolate). Did you calculate your IBU's? What yeast?

IBU should be 31.7 and the yeast is a washed white labs British ale yeast WLP005 from a bastardization of a hobgoblin clone I like to call Hobgoblins bastard son.

Yeah I am hoping that between the Crystal and the touch of chocolate I'll get a nice light red colour. This is really the mildest beer I have ever gone for so not sure about the ballance but I guess at 11 liters not much to lose. :)
