I have been brewing for a while but this is a new problem to me. I know airlock activity does not indicate fermentation but I am now on day 16 since boiling and there is still some activity. I used wlp005 yeast on a 1.062 ipa at 66 degrees in the conical and it started right away. The reading today indicated 1.012 and tasted fine.
Any ideas?

Take a gravity reading in a couple of days. If it's still 1.012 then dry hop it and bottle/keg it.

I appreciate the answers you are confirming my impatience.
Most of my active fermentations have been over a couple of days. This one lasted two weeks!
I will dry hop and bottle soon.
Thank you all:mug:
