I'm planning my IPA using Columbus, centennial and Simcoe hops. Columbus early for bittering, centennial for flavor then Simcoe late for aroma and I think dry hop with all three. I'm just looking for some feedback on if anyone has used this combo of hops. Thanks!

Sounds delicious. I would probably only dry hop with Centennial and Simcoe, and probably 2:1 on the amounts. You're gonna want a citrusy bite to punch through that dank pineyness of Simcoe.

I had thought about that too. Good call.

Simpsons did it!

I just kicked the keg of my pliney clone last week. It was awesome, but I dry hopped with Columbus too.

I guess I just might be on to something! Thanks for the heads up!
