Any comments on this recipe. I am not looking to fit a category just make a nice Dark ale.

6 Gallon 1.040 OG

7.5 Lbs. 2-row
0.5 Lbs. Midnight wheat
.25 Lbs. Carafa III Special
.25 Lbs. Roast Barley

.5oz Willamette 4.8aa 60 min
1oz Goldings 5.3aa 5 min

Looks interesting, I bet it'd be a nice tasty session beer. I'm not sure the carafa would do much but make it barely a touch darker with that roasted barley, maybe switch that to chocolate malt for flavor and color?
