Does anyone have any suggestions for a Pale Lager? My wife loves Sleeman Clear, part of the deal of me taking up space with brewing equipment was that I would brew something for her to drink as well. I know it would be difficult at best to replicate Sleeman Clear but figured I would put it out there to see if anyone has tried any good extract kits that she might settle for?
