What's the minimum temperature for a cold crash? I'm getting a Brewhemoth fermenter and am wondering what temperature I'll have to get the liquid to in order for me to cold crash.

The building I brew in stays around 38-45 in the wintertime and that does a pretty good job for me, but from what I understand "just above freezing" is the way to go.
