I'd like to try an American style Imperial IPA soon.
I've been trying to make use of the hops I have in my freezer and would like some suggestions on a hop schedule.
I'm just going to do a small test batch for now. Around 4 litres / 1 Gallon.
I have some amarillo, cascade, summit, columbus, chinook & magnum. I've got other hops, but they're all european style...
Any thoughts on combos using the hops above. ?
