Hi peeps, im newbie here so thought i would say hello. Im from New Zealand, and i have just bought my first brew kit and am getting ready to have a go at my first brew.

My first batch will be 'Lion' lager. Lion beer is popular in New Zealand so makes sense to try this. Might try a Coopers lager following that.
