Hello

Hello everyone. I haven't brewed anything yet, but I'm gearing up for it. So far I have a book (Joy of Homebrewing) and a few 1-gal glass jugs. Within the next few weeks, I'll pick up some airlocks and stoppers. I'm really interested in traditional recipes and ingredients that I can harvest myself (I live on the coast in Maine if anyone has tips). My first project will likely be dandelion wine. I like to soak up knowledge and talk guitar. I don't know what else to say, so I'll end here. Question if you like.
