I had sour and the rye the other day and really want to make it I was wondering if anyone has a clone or recipe that is kind of like it. I dont think it should be difficult but it tasted really good.
 
I had it a week or so ago for the first time, and agree, I thought it was very good as well. Hopefully someone has a good recipe for it. Although I would think that the specific bug blend they use is the most important part. Since I don't think anything else could create that sweet, juicy, citrus like sourness quality it had. Just amazing. Good luck on finding a recipe!
 
Using bottle dregs might be a good, though slightly expensive idea. But if you're going to pay $20 for a bottle of beer you might as well get as much use from it as possible
