You may already be planning to do this, but when I brew a milk stout I add the lactose @15 minutes. Recipe looks good, happy brewing.
 
Also interested to hear how it turns out. Seems like a bit intense / overload of different flavors, but hopefully they meld together nicely. I am assuming you are going to age it for a few months?
 
I didn't get around to brewing this today - tomorrow should be a go. And yes I'll attempt to let it age - though I'm sure I'll be testing it out along the way. I'll be sure to post the results.
 
Waaaaay undershot OG 1.064. A bit disappointing. Stuck sparge - should have used rice hulls. Was trying a stainless steel braid for the first time instead of the cpvc rig, not that that had anything to do with it. ended up with a lot of extra beer, probably 6.0-6.5. if I would have had more time I would have boiled off but didn't. So --- I ended up at 1.066. Smells good. We'll see.
