Hi all
Ended up with 7 gallons of worth. My Og adjusted for temp is 1.030. IBrewmaster says pre boil I should be at 1.049. So I am on the low side.
What can I do add some DME late in the boil ?
It's a hefe I'm brewing

Been there done that. You can add DME, I usually leave it alone and give to people who like "lite beer". I was doing an American lite ale for a party and had 7 gal. Plan on tasting it then deciding next step. With that said, I was aiming for a lite beer.

You're going to have to boil the DME in some water and that's just going to add volume too. I'd say leave it as is and enjoy a nice sessionable wheat beer. What do you think was the source of your low gravity?
