Glad to be a Homebrewer and excited to learn more. I have brewed (4) 5gal batches so far. I do have a possible issue with the 3rd batch that is not carbonating after one week but will let it sit longer and see how they do. Other than that my wife and friends are very impressed with the outstanding taste that homebrew produces. Look forward to brewing more and start experimenting with recipes.
