I can't believe I forgot the DME. I need some to plate and slant dregs from Heady this weekend. Thankfully there is Amazon Prime...$24.89 for 3 pounds of light DME with Saturday delivery. (I have no LHBS) Probably most expensive DME ever.

That will teach me to double check. What have you forgotten?

Ive gone so far as to get my water almost to a rolling boil only to realize im out of sanitizer and LHBS was already closed. I was bummed.
