I force carbed 3 corny's on Monday night. my process was :

Fill Cornys and put lids on
attach gas and turn to 30 psi
lay on floor and rock back and forth until I cannot hear/feel bubbles filling the keg (about 5 min)
detach gas
place in keezer set to 45 deg F
wait 24 hrs
relieve pressure on all 3 kegs and attach serving lines and gas, set to 7 psi

2 of 3 are spot on. the third is too foamy. what is the best way to decrease carbonation? detach gas and relieve pressure a few time a day?

Thanks!
