I bottled my beer, and it's going on 10 days in 70 degrees temp controlled. I checked them and realizes they are not carbed. I shook the bottle and held up to my ear and I San hear it hissing. I assume they are not sealed well. This was a different batch of caps than I have used in the past. Being 10 days how do I fix this now. Should I recap with my better caps or do I have to add more sugar again?
