Does anyone know where to find quality replacement swing/flip tops. All of mine are the cheep ones that have most of the chrome plating flaking off. They still work but look very badley corroded. Any oxidizing sanitizer will very quickly corrode these cheep ones.
I thought it was just a made in China thing, but I have found the same problem with the made in Canada swing tops. Interesting to note that the
made in Canada ones I just bought have plastic rather than ceramic tops. The flips tops from German beer bottles like Grolsch don't have this problem. Buying bottles of Grolsch beer just to salvage the swing tops seems like a an expensive solution since I am not really crazy about Grolsch. So, anyone know where to buy the good ones?
