Just picked up ingredients for what will be my 4th brew and my first self recipe attempt. Here's what I got, any input is greatly appreciated. Hoping it turns out good.

Sparge 1 lb of crystal 40 for 25 min at 155 with 2 gal. Rinse with 1 gal amd begin boil.
At initial boil remove flame and add 6.6 lb of Maris otter light extract

Hop schedule:
1 oz citra for 60
.5 oz citra at 15
.5 oz citra at 5
1.5 oz citra at flame out

Add water to bring to 5.25 gal

Primary 7 to 10 days then transfer to secondary with 1.5 oz citra dry hopped for 7 days.
 
Late response but that looks really good. Should have a similar malt profile to a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.
