Curacao Vs. Dried Orange Peel ??

I'm going to be making a hefe and I want to add some orange flavor to it. I have Dried Orange Peel and I have Curacao Bitter Orange Peel. Which one do you guys recommend I use? And what is the difference between the two? How does each affect the flavor of the beer?

If anyone has any recommendations as to when to add it into the brew too I'd like to hear your thoughts.
