I was wondering if it is ok to use two diffrent types of yeast in a batch. I was thinking of strating with wyeast 3333 in the primary then adding a diffrent strain once that one falls out. I am going to make a hefeweizen and I just want to make sure I have enough yeast to finish the job. I dont have a starter and am just concerned.
