So I was just making my wife some chai tea and it hit me... Chai tea smells/tastes amazing... It could add a really nice flavor to a homebrew (maybe an amber or something darker). Yeah it would be great in a cider, but what about beer? Seems like a really easy way to add some spices (more of a winter ale maybe). Dry hop? Steep with the grains? Has anyone tried this (I'm sure someone has). I searched but didn't find anything

Definitely use a high quality chai, or else itll end up like pyramids chai wheat, which just tastes fake/processed. I think a good time to add would be at bottling, not sure. Ive been thinking of making a chai porter for awhile now, havent gotten to it yet though
