So I brewed this almost 2 weeks ago. As soon as it is ready I will report back with pics and tasting notes. I am adding the dry hops this Saturday and Strawberries the following week. I'm excited about this one and hoping for the best.

14.5 lb 2-Row
2.00 lb Crystal Malt - 10L
.5 lb Vienna Malt
.5 Victory Malt
.50 oz Centennial 60 min
.50 oz Centennial 30 min
.50 oz Amarillo 20 min
.50 oz Amarillo Flameout

1oz Amarillo - Dry hopped (per 5 gallons) - added day 14
1oz Centennial - Dry hopped (per 5 gallons)- added day 14

4lbs- Fresh Strawberries. Sliced and frozen.(2lbs per 5 gallons)-added day 21
(see notes below)

**Keg is Cold crashed to serving temp prior to adding strawberries to prevent further fermentation.**
Put frozen Strawberries into a paint strainer bag. Suspended with fishing line or dental floss into keg. Let carb at serving pressure.

I added the Dry hops directly to Primary on day 14. (I rarely use a secondary) Then, i racked beer to the keg on day 20. Hit it with gas, purged, and put directly into keezer to cold crash.

Soo finally it's ready to drink ! It needs to clear another week, but It still tastes great. The strawberry flavor is HUGE!!!!
