So I have my kegerator under a cabinet and was planning on the taps coming out the wall above the counter top. How high should I put the taps
 
Whatever height is comfortable for you to use really. No set height, its all preference.
 
No set height just allow enough room for glasses, mugs and growlers. You'll probably want some kind of drip tray.
