I have this immersion wort chiller from Midwest:
http://www.midwestsupplies.com/super-efficient-8-compact-wort-chiller.html

I worked great in my old 7.5gallon stove top kettle.
But, I have since upgraded to a 15gallon polarware kettle which is much wider.
So now the chiller only gets emerged about halfway and sits in just the middle of the kettle and cooling takes longer.

Anyone know a good way to widen it out so it will be wider and stockier for my new kettle? :mug:

I think it would be very difficult to re-bend all that tubing. Could be done if you were determined to do it. Use a bender spring.
