So I am thinking of entering a home brew competition to get some feed back and was wondering what kind of info the score sheets have on them?

If anyone has any old score sheets laying around I would love to see how detailed the feedback is...
 
Here is the official BJCP score sheet. If the event is BJCP sanctioned (list on BCJP website, sometimes advertised) they should use this score sheet, although I have been to ones that didn't use it (fairs, mostly). Judges typically give you a couple of words per aspect, and often don't use the check boxes at all.
