Has anyone harvested the bottle conditioning yeast from any St. Stefanus beers? I've read that the yeast used for conditioning, called Jerumanus, is supposedly a "Brett-like culture" that adds complexity over time.

I have a Belgian golden strong aging in secondary that I'm planning on dosing with some yeast at bottling time. I'm wondering if it would be worth my while to use Jerumanus harvested from a bottle of St. Stefanus. I'd like to hear if anyone has done this and how the finished product turned out.

Just bought a bottle of Stefanus today with the intention of harvesting the yeast. They don't pasteurize, so it looks promising. Will post again if successful.
