The Travellers Brew

I started brewing at the end of 2012. For me, I want to explore and develop the idea of brewing. To expand my knowledge of brewing to capture the image of a place I would like to visit. To be able to "take" those that taste my brew's to that location. This "theme based" brewing idea started with Hawaii. I have tasted several microbrews that claimed to give you that only to be disapointed. My First experiment did not go well. I am hoping time will improve it, but for now I have moved on to other idea's. I would LOVE suggestions on how to capture the taste of Hawaii in a Brew.
