Chill wort for 2 hours?

Is it safe to chill wort longer? My wort may need to stay in an ice bath 2 hours.

You mean chill it then keep it in an ice bath? Or take two hours to get it down to pitching temp?

By the end of two hours, you would likely be quite a way below pitching temp. Just be careful when adding yeast to make sure you don't shock it.
