I placed an order to find out the item I ordered was out of stock. They promptly emailed me about the stock issue and offered a replacement. The replacement champagne corks are a bit bigger, but should still work. So instead of 28mm diameter corks that most homebrew places sell I am getting 32mm for my large format champagne bottles that I fill from time to time.
It was unfortunate that what I originally ordered was out, but their customer service was pretty awesome. I also ordered a bunch of natural corks for a decent price to use on long term beers under crown caps, or with low carb stuff and bottle wax. If you need corks I would not hesitate to order from them.
