This is my Imperial IPA using all Falconers Flight hops. Im currently working the kinks out of my efficiency so its set at 60% but adjust the 2 row to get the specified starting OG. This is a simulated continuously hopped IIPA with a FWH for a balanced bitterness. Will update with the tasting notes

Im brewing it right now actually, just about done with the mash, the sweet wort is very good so far and has a good flavor to it. But I will update with results in two weeks when its done fermenting

Sorry for the delay in reply, its been a busy week. So finally got around to kegging this and there are a couple small changes but its pretty good for the initial (non carbed warm) taste.

Aroma: Its got 0-no aroma right now, this might change once there is carbonation to help lift up the aroma. So next time Im gonna plan on a couple ounces of dry hop during the last 5 days or so to give it that nice strong IPA aroma.

Taste: A little bland on the malt side but makes up in a very deep balanced Hop bitter/flavor. It starts off smooth and adds to the bitter, but doesnt have that attack of the taste buds bite like so many IPAs. I really think the FWH did a lot here to balance this out. For adjustment I might look at finding another malt to add a little more character to the profile. But initial thoughts are its a good beer

Color: Simply amazing, it cleared up very well with the Dry English Ale Yeast (Dont have any Conan yet) and have a beautiful dark golden amber color to it. Very nice

Head: Cant tell yet as its not carbed (Will update once I get a spot open on the kegerator and hook it up)

All in all, I think with a couple small modifications its a very good IPA

You should look at hopstands and lots of dry hopping. I did a similar brew with FF and it was awesome.

12# 2-row
0.66 # Vienna
1# c-60
0.5 # Table Sugar

FWH 0.75 oz magnum
15, 10, 5 minutes left 1 oz of FF
Once cooled to 180 2 oz of FF for 45 minutes
3 oz of FF dry hop for 7 days.

OG- 1.066 for 6 gallons
FG - 1.011

Pitched a 1L starter of White Labs 001.

It was amazing. Just wish I had more. Did last very long in the keg.
