First attempt at FWH and my own recipe. I really liked the Citra dry hop I did on my last brew and I understand Cascade is ideal for FWH. I've liked the Magnum and Amarillo on other brews as well, so thought I'd add those in as well. Does it have a chance?

Original Gravity: 1.060
Final Gravity: 1.017
ABV (standard): 5.7%
IBU (tinseth): 75.6
SRM (morey): 8.18

11 lb American - Pale 2-Row
1 lb American - Caramel / Crystal 40L
0.5 lb American - Munich - Light 10L
0.5 lb American - Carapils (Dextrine Malt)

1 oz Cascade 7 14.99 Pellet First Wort
1 oz Magnum 60 min 15 53.06 Pellet Boil
0.5 oz Amarillo 15 min 8.6 7.55 Pellet Boil
2 oz Citra 7 days 11 Pellet Dry Hop

Yeast: US-05

Cascade should work well. I've never used it personally, but generally any low cohumulone hop will suffice.

I would do more late additions personally, but it looks good. I hop burst and do a big flameout addition on all of my hoppy beers. Some people like the traditional 15 minute addition though. Good luck!

What else would you recommend for late additions? I'm up for anything to make it better.
