Just brewed a blonde ale today. A local brew pub had a blonde ale dry hopped with nugget that was an awesome summer beer. I have some Syrian Aurora I was thinking about dry hopping with. Used it in pale ales with good results. Anyone try this? Any recommendations on a good hop to dry hop a blonde ale with?

Really you can't go wrong. Noble type for a classic-ish sort of continental lager type experience, or citrusy, piney, fruity new-world varieties for a nice american blonde. Make sure not to overdo it- a blonde should be a light, easy drinking beer. I think the Aurora would be great. What's the beer like? Recipe?

It started as a Kölsch that I have brewed before, but found I did not have what I thought I had. Pilsen dme, partial mash some pilsner and Munich 10L. US tettanger for all hop additions. US ale yeast.
