Hello all!
Firstly I want to say that I am fairly new to brewing, I have done 2 AG biab and they both turned out really well!
I am working on a new from scratch recipe and looking for tips and suggestions!
The two hops I have listed are on order, I am not opposed to switching them around or tweaking in general. I am shooting for a well balanced beer, that has a subtle flavor of sage and coriander with citrus notes. I also don't want the Rye to be too overwhelming.
I am planning on using White Labs WLP008 East Coast Ale.
