I made a triple ipa. 1.9 og 1.12 fg. Healthy yeast starter with Chico. 14 day primary with 14 days of dry hop additions. Never exceeded 65 degrees. Tasted great throughout. Bottled and sat for 11 days. Perfectly clear and carbed. The problem is it tastes like paint thinner. I can barley smell it on the nose. Good hop aroma and flavors with good malt. I just can't get over the odd flavor. Almost band-aid. Could I have a Brett infection? Any thoughts?

With a 1.09 og it seems like the excessive alcohol may be coming through. With your fg at 1.012 that gives you a heavy beer at about 10% abv. I would just dial the grain back a couple pounds for your next batch
