Australian Ale Recipe

There is some white labs Australian Ale Yeast available for a short time. I am looking for a good Australian Ale Recipe (not a lager, something more like a wit or amber) that is more signature Aussie (using Australian hops and such) then what is typically brewed in the US. Any ideas?

Get some pride of ringwood hops and do a standard australian bitter 1oz FWH and 1oz 15min with marris otter or an australian IPA that uses galaxy hops if you can get your hands on them, I brought back some hops to Canada from Australia so i'm experimenting with them as we speak

You could try one of the Sparkling Ale recipes and use the Australian Ale Yeast instead (that's what I plan to do):
