Hi all
I wanted to know if there is a way to make apple cider that tastes like the stuff you can get from the commercial brand cascade. I really like the taste of that stuff and would like something very similar. Any info would be a big help.

Ah, ok. East Coast of the USA probally doesn't get it then. :-(

What do you like about it? Maybe you can break down its components.
 
Interesting to hear its from Australia, as the Cascades are in the Pacific Northwest.

Curious what it tastes like.
